Carl Wright
Founder and President

Prior to founding The Wright Group in 1998, Carl was a Project Manager at Nave Newell, Ltd., a mid-sized civil engineering firm.  Previously, Carl worked for Dames & Moore, where he was a Project Manager directing environmental remediation projects.  

Carl received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Delaware.  He is registered as a Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Brad Midgette

Prior to joining The Wright Group in 2004, Brad was a Project Manager at American Water Works Company, Inc., the nation's largest privately held water utility.  Previously, Brad worked for Nave Newell, Ltd., where he created engineering designs for residential and commercial land development projects.

Brad received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University and a Masters of Science in Civil Engineering from Villanova University.  He is registered as a Professional Engineer in New York State and the State of Maryland.

Emily Seroska  
Project Manager/Director of Sales and Leasing

Prior to joining The Wright Group in 2008, Emily worked for Center City Proprietors Association, a non-profit member-supported organization serving Philadelphia's small business community.

Emily received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Spanish from The University of Pennsylvania.
