Wright Partners developed the project in a joint venture with Ebersole Dedicated Services with bank financing and no outside investors. The building remains in our portfolio and is leased to PureCycle Technologies. The project had the following challenges: relocation of a family graveyard, extensive rock excavation, relocation of a public road, a 40 ft. high retaining wall, and relocation of a Wall Street fiber optic system.
