325,500 sf Industrial Warehouse – Denver, PA
Wright Partners developed the project in a joint venture with Ebersole Dedicated Services with bank financing and no outside investors. The building remains in our portfolio and is leased to PureCycle Technologies. The project had the following challenges: relocation of a family graveyard, extensive rock excavation, relocation of a public road, a 40 ft. high retaining wall, and relocation of a Wall Street fiber optic system.
Doylestown Health’s Children’s Village – Doylestown, PA
Wright Partners developed Children’s Village on the campus of Doylestown Health (DH). Following the destruction of their former childcare center by a tornado, DH selected us as their developer/joint venture partner for the 30,750 sq. ft. project. DH was highly discerning in its choice of a developer partner, considering the sensitive location at the heart of its flagship campus. We finished the project on time and budget, allowing DH to open by its deadline.
30 East Third – Media, PA
Designed by star architect Bohlin Cywinski Jackson—best known as Steve Jobs’s architect—Wright Partners constructed a 7,200-sf office building and will occupy the second and third floors as its home office.
Neighborhood Retail Center – Absecon, NJ
This project won Costar’s Commercial Development of the Year. We purchased a 6-acre parcel and the City’s older but still operating firehouse. The City envisioned a new firehouse funded by property tax revenue from the project. The Sternberger family, had a vision to design, own, and operate their dream wine superstore with a cafe for future generations. We are honored to have helped the City and Sternbergers achieve their goals. The center includes White Horse Wine and Liquors, Lola’s-Cafe, Chipotle, Wendy’s, a multi-tenant building, and Firestone.
Neighborhood Retail Center – Kennett Square, PA
Wright Partners is constructing a four-building, 15,000 sf project including Wawa, Chase Bank, Chipotle, and AFC Urgent Care on Route 1 across from a Walmart-anchored Center. Challenges Overcome include an environmentally impacted site, spanning two townships, off-site road widening and upgrades, and coordinating with PennDOT’s Regional Route 1 widening project.
Mixed-Use Building – Philadelphia, PA
The project consisted of a CVS/pharmacy on the ground floor and apartments above.
Patient First Medical Center Projects
Wright Partners completed 16 build-to-suit projects in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, opening a location in every target market.
AutoZone Projects
Wright Partners has completed 40+ projects for AutoZone, spanning from New York, Connecticut, Virginia, New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware, and North Carolina. While AutoZone prefers to self-develop and own its real estate, it assigns Wright the complex projects involving multiple tenants, accelerated land-closing deadlines, environmental contamination, property assemblages, and rezoning.
CVS/pharmacy Projects
Wright Partners has completed eight build-to-suit projects for CVS/pharmacy in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Virginia. CVS assigns Wright with their most complex projects, including a mixed-use building with apartments in Philadelphia and environmentally contaminated sites.
Neighborhood Retail Center – Newark, Delaware
Wright Partners is currently constructing LaGrange – a 45,000 sq. ft. retail center. The project features upgraded architecture to meet the requirements of a historical overlay district. The retail center includes tenants such as AutoZone, Christiana Hospital’s Go Health Urgent Care, NovaCare, Smoothie King, Wingstop, Chipotle, Taco Bell, and Le Petite Childcare.
Neighborhood Retail Center – Barnegat, New Jersey
Wright Partners is developing – a 31,000 sq. ft. retail center with AutoZone, Dollar General, and a multi-tenant with Mattress Warehouse, Dominos, and AT&T. One pad site remains for future development.
Multi-Tenant Retail Project – Douglassville, Pennsylvania
Wright Partners developed – a 20,000 sq. ft. retail center with AutoZone, Dunkin, Taco Bell and Jiffy Lube.
Residential Development
Wright Partners developed finished lots for national builders and constructed a private residence in Stone Harbor, NJ, designed by star architect Bohlin Cywinski Jackson.
