Brad is a land developer, civil engineer, and construction manager with 20+ years of experience in real estate and related fields.
Brad oversees all of Wright Partners’ construction activities and is actively involved in site acquisition, project permitting and design, and finance.
Brad graduated from Bucknell University with a BS in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Villanova University. In addition, he is a registered Professional Engineer in Maryland and New York.
Bill oversees Due Diligence, Environmental, and Land Development activities for all Wright Partners projects.
Before joining Wright Partners in 2015, Bill worked at Environmental and Civil Engineering Consulting Firms, where he designed and managed large commercial and residential land development projects.
Bill received a BS in Civil Engineering from Drexel University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer.
Cortney is a strategic and detail-oriented Controller with 15+ years of experience. She leads financial operations, including budgeting and forecasting across a growing portfolio of commercial and mixed-use properties.
Cortney works closely with partners, lenders, and engineering/legal teams to align finance with business strategy and optimize cash flow and processes. She is committed to building scalable systems and strong financial infrastructure to support long-term growth.
Kate joined the Wright Partners team in 2017. She graduated from Widener University School of Law in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science degree and her Paralegal Certification.
Before she started at Wright Partners, Kate was employed at Dilworth Paxson, LLP, and more recently at investment management firm Brinker Capital.
Paul has worked for two of the most high-profile developers in the United States -Hines and Related Companies- where he played a role on billion-dollar real estate projects, gaining exposure to some of the most complex developments in the industry.
He holds a master’s degree from Harvard University, an MBA from the UNC-Chapel Hill, and a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware – combining elite academic credentials with hands-on experience at the highest levels of real estate.
