Founded Wright Partners in 1998 to combine his three passions: real estate, engineering, and construction.

BRAD MIDGETTE, P.E.

Partner / Director of Construction

Brad is a real estate developer, civil engineer, and construction manager with over 30+ years of experience in real estate and related fields. He oversees all construction activities and is actively involved in site acquisition, project permitting and design, and finance.

Prior to joining Wright Partners in 2004, Brad was a Design Engineer with American Water, the largest privately held water utility in the country. Brad began his career as a consulting engineer, designing commercial and residential land development projects.

Brad graduated from Bucknell University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and received a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Villanova University. He is also a registered Professional Engineer.

BILL ROUNTREE, P.E.

Director of Engineering and Design

Bill oversees Design, Environmental, and Development for all Wright Partners projects.

Before joining Wright Partners in 2015, Bill worked at various Environmental and Civil Engineering Consulting Firms, where he designed and managed large commercial/residential land development, electric utility transmission, and natural gas exploration and production projects. Bill began his career as a design engineer and construction quality assurance specialist for Waste Management.

Bill received a BS in Civil Engineering from Drexel University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Maryland.

CORTNEY WRIGHT

Director of Finance and Accounting

Cortney leads the financing functions, including construction loan draws, financial operations, and closing of all real estate transactions. She enjoys having great relationships with attorneys, bankers, contractors, and tenants. She also assists in analyzing financial metrics and managing company assets.

Before joining Wright Partners in 2008, Cortney worked at various retail and medical companies, performing administration and management functions related to operations and customer relations. The organization and communication skills she developed during this time period translate directly to her current duties.

Cortney earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from West Chester University in 2006 and her Masters of Science in Organizational Development and Leadership from PCOM in 2009.
