Wright Partners is developing a 44,000 sq ft Neighborhood Retail Center featuring enhanced architectural elements, including brick façades and peaked rooflines. The project is located on Pulaski Highway (US Route 40) in Newark, Delaware, and includes Chipotle, AutoZone, Go Health Urgent Care, Smoothie King, Wingstop, Taco Bell, NovaCare, and the Everbrook Academy.
