Wright Partners developed this award-winning retail center, which was ultimately recognized as CoStar Commercial Development of the Year. The project involved the acquisition of a six-acre site, including the City’s aging but operational fire station. In partnership with the City, the development helped facilitate construction of a new firehouse supported by the project’s future property tax revenues. The project also brought to life the Sternberger family’s vision of designing, owning, and operating a flagship wine superstore and café intended to serve the community for generations. Wright was proud to partner with both the City and the Sternberger family in helping realize their long-term goals. The center is anchored by White Horse Wine and Liquors and includes Lola’s Cafe, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Wendy’s, Firestone Complete Auto Care, and a multi-tenant retail building.
