Wright Partners developed the industrial warehouse in a joint venture with Ebersole Dedicated Services using bank financing and no outside equity investors. The property remains in our portfolio and is leased to PureCycle Technologies. The project involved overcoming several complex development challenges, including the relocation of a family cemetery, extensive rock excavation, relocation of a public roadway, construction of a 40-foot retaining wall, and relocation of a critical Wall Street fiber optic network.
