Wright Partners developed this mixed-use project in the heart of downtown Philadelphia adjacent to Del Rossi’s Cheesesteak Co.. The development features a flagship CVS Pharmacy at the ground level with residential apartments above, helping activate the streetscape while adding much-needed housing density in a highly walkable urban corridor.   The project required careful coordination within a dense downtown environment, including urban construction logistics, pedestrian access, utility coordination, and integration with the surrounding historic fabric and active retail corridor. The completed development contributes to the continued revitalization and mixed-use character of Center City Philadelphia.
