Wright Partners has completed eight build-to-suit developments for CVS Pharmacy across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Virginia. CVS has consistently entrusted Wright with some of its more complex and challenging development assignments, including environmentally impacted sites and a mixed-use urban project in downtown Philadelphia featuring a CVS/pharmacy with residential apartments above. These projects required navigating intricate entitlement, environmental, and construction challenges while meeting the operational and scheduling standards of one of the nation’s leading pharmacy retailers.
