Wright Partners developed a 20,000-square-foot retail center anchored by nationally recognized tenants including AutoZone, Dunkin’, Taco Bell, and Jiffy Lube. The project was designed to create a convenient, service-oriented retail destination catering to both the surrounding residential community and high-volume commuter traffic. The tenant mix combines quick-service dining, automotive services, and daily convenience retail, creating strong long-term traffic generation and cross-shopping synergy within the center.
