Wright Partners developed and constructed a four-building, 15,000-square-foot retail project along Route 1 featuring Wawa, Chase Bank, Chipotle Mexican Grill, and AFC Urgent Care. The project required overcoming several significant development and infrastructure challenges, including environmental remediation, coordinating approvals across two municipalities, off-site roadway widening and improvements, and integration with PennDOT’s regional Route 1 widening initiative.
